speaker sizes
I'm getting some vibe slick speakers as they're pretty shallow so shouldn't be a problem with the windows. I just need the correct diameters. I've been tild they're 6.5" front & 4" rear? Cheers

Mtec Discs + Mintex pads
I bought front drilled and grooved for my landrover, straight from mtec, worked out cheaper than on eBay. I've had no problems with them. I was thinking of getting them all round on my scoob.

Headlight tinting
Hi Gary, I've only just seen this thread, did you sort your light tints? I did my bug with fly eye, (profile pic) from fly eye themselves. Easy to do & good price.

exhaust backbox
All sorted now , it was me just being a bit of a numpty. I measured the diameter of the backbox pipe which was 2 1/2" and I wrongly assumed that the rest of the exhaust would be the same, but no! The rest of the exhaust is 3". I've looked on eBay Nigel but could find anything! So I'd do what gambit does and take it to your local exhaust fitter. Mine only charged me a tenner and that included new gasket, new bolts & a brew Cheers guys

exhaust backbox
Hi guys, I've bought a nearly new stainless backbox for my bugeye. It is the correct exhaust. The problem is that the pipe diameter on the backbox is approx 3" where the pipe on the car (middle section is approx 2 1/4" - 2 1/2" is there any kind of adaptor I can get instead of cutting off the flanges and using a reducer? Any help appreciated. Cheers

Stereo fitting
No mate, I've just bought the car off some guy in his 50's. The cars totally standard, no mods what so ever . What door speakers do you suggest I use? I know they're 6 1/2" but i hear there's not much depth to play with.

Stereo fitting
Stereo fitted, Only took 15 minutes! Used the brackets from the factory stereo, but bought some 16mm M5 screws as the original ones aren't long enough. I thought I'd change the speakers but since I've changed stereo's the sound is 100% better.

Stereo fitting
Hi all, I'm thinking of fitting an aftermarket double din stereo in my bugeye. I was wondering if I will need a fitting adaptor? I've seen a YouTube video of a guy fitting a single din which he screwed back into the original fitting on the car. Will this work with a double din stereo? Any help appreciated
