  1. Made a home made made heat shield for the turbo.Every time I parked the car up in the evening I had to open the bonnet to get rid of the heat lol and since fitting my decat down pipe I carnt get my old heat shield back on as well as it falling to bits so I bought some heat proof material and cut it to size for now.I plan to wrap it though in prope foil type wrap at a later date but I think this will do for now.
  2. If I didn't buy my middle section I would have had it.It looks very nice just shame its a one piece lol
  3. Hi Matt I was just after a back box lol.Thats like the box and the middle section together lol.Ive replaced my middle section recently as well.Its a no go for me now

  5. Today about dinner time I change my up pipe for a stainless one with a bigger bore and flexi then heat wrapped both up pipe and decat pipe.
  6. I was low on oil and I couldn't any decent oil any where just to top up like the 10/60 I had no choice but to get 5w/30 fully synthetic just for now till I do my oil change.I hope it will be ok

  8. The big black rubbery thing is the bit im on about lol.Im gonna fill it with tiger seal to do away with the slackness and make it solid

  12. What do you mean by the bushes?i could only see the rear mount.i tried looking at the picture you put up but it was to small

Ive noticed its really soft and my gear lever is moving a bit and if I put my hand on the gearbox under neath and shake it about there is some movement also when driving you can hear something underneath when you take the foot off the gas pedal.I was thinking of injecting tiger seal into the mount to stiffen it up for support till I get a proper mount.Im wondering of impreza mounts fit the forester also

  17. Is every one still running std boost hose clamps on there subarus or has anyone upgraded.When I accelerate I can hear what sounds like the induction side of the turbo spinning even though the hoses are on.

  19. I find they handle really well I can plant it into corners and it doesn't step out
  20. Very comfortable and a quick drive.i bought the car about a month ago and I carnt get the missus out of it.she drives it every where lol
  21. My back wont last long lol it has more holes than a Tetley teabag lol its been welded about 20 times by who ever has owned it before

  23. From down pipe its 3inch into 2 1/2 inch.middle section is 2 1/2 inch mating up to the back box

So far since owning the forester ive upgraded the turbo to td04 from tf035 ive got the stainless steel bell mouth down pipe with decat and also my middle section is also a decat.Im yet to replace my up pipe with my new stainless steel piece but always wondered if the back box is restrictive on the forester? The back box its self looks massive apart from the actual tail pipe
