Thought I better get a better pic of the beast

I think ive a bit of a boost problem as well.The long hose in your diagram number 3 seems rock hard and feels like is crumbling inside.Number 1 has nothing in it and number 2 has something in it I don't no quiet what its surposed to be lol

My heat sheield is knackered for the turbo and thought if I don't have one one the heat from the turbo could make the bonnet proofing catch fire lol

Has anyone removed theres and have any of you kept it on the car

I thought turbo vechiles had to use iradium plugs for better fuel mixture

What sort of money are we looking at for the ngk plugs do they vary

Can anyone recommend any spark plugs for the forester turbo?I don't no if the plugs where ever changed before my ownership.

After fitting my catless pipes and td04 turbo it picks up better and you can hear turbo chatter but the power is still restricted lol gonna have to get that map

I read something the other day where this guy changed two pipes around on his engine I think it was a soloneid to give the driver more of a kick in the back when taking off rather than a smooth power delivery.Does anyone no anything about it?The boost wasn't increased in anyway

Took the Scooby out for test drive and there is more power instantly and plenty of turbo chatter :D

I put my exhaust system on today the downpipe is massive lol only just fit on.Just got to replace the back box now at some point for a stainless.

get the spoiler on lad.I wouldn't mind the sti spoiler or the sti front bumper.

Ive heard a lot about the resonator delete pipe with the airbox some say you get gains from it.Has anyone ever done it and whats involved in it

Decat pipe come today and its massive in diameter.It must be 3 inches at least if not bigger lol

Im not going over the top with these mods.For a road car 300bhp is more than ample.Turbo is already fitted.Im just waiting on my up decat pipe to turbo and then fit my middle section decat and then I will go from there.

I believe the headers and pipe going to the turbo are not that expensive to buy.They also look bigger in diameter

For the forester

Fitted the new turbo today,the hardest part was putting the oil return back on it was such a pain in the !Removed!.I sparyed every bolt with wd40 to lol. The exhaust brackets have been there that long they had snapped off.After fitting the turbo I decided on buying the decat up pipe to turbo so ive ordered that now as well.The rubbish part of my day was going to fit the middle decat pipe and the donut ring falling into 100 pieces.Should be back on the road this week with the whole system decatted and new turbo just need map after that
