  1. There's a lot of build threads with a huge amount of info.
  2. Yeah I had loctite. But the issues wasnt the t piece joins or the end join to the block. When I can get the pics up you'll see what I mean [emoji4] Just made it to work and all is clean so I'd say it doesn't leak. Doesn't stop me from worrying though.
  3. Cheers savage. The sensor ends are fine. It was the block end that leaked. I was gutted. Can't upload pics yet but I'll have them up soon.
  4. Will do. The stand passes come at a later date?
  5. Regard to +1, are they best bought on the gate?
  6. All in mine cost approx £1,000. Well worth it. The way the power is delivered is completely different. It's not just about the 270hp or 280lb-ft. The turbo comes in really early and holds for longer.
  7. That's the bonus of tapatalk [emoji12]
  8. Welcome to the club! Looks nice and clean.
  9. All my mods are declared and insured at no extra cost to my premium. I got lucky with my zorst. Right place right time.
  10. I'll tell you what I went for as you know the gains I have. Cosworth panel filter 3" decat downpipe 3" cat back back resonated centre exhaust Roger Clarke Motorsport fuel pump Ecutek remap @racedynamix 3 port boost solenoid. My full exhaust cost me £100 I don't know the make as it was second hand but made really good power so I can't complain. As to filters. Some like panel some like cones. Jury is out. I went for a panel so I could keep the standard looking engine bay.
  11. My UK turbo is on 164k making 276hp going strong. I have the mods ash007ks has already recommended to you.
  12. The adapters arrived today so I intended to fit both but ran into a bit of trouble. Started on the oil pressure sender which started without a hitch. Pretty simple alternator out old switch of and adapter in. Yea...that was easy. Unfortunately after putting everything back together and firing it up I heard the undeniable sound of oil leaking... All back off and a check of the bolt. It seemed well. What was actually wrong is the joining bolt between the braided line and the end bolt. Tightened it up and all seems well but I've hit myself with an extreme amount of paranoia. Started it up and it went to 6.0 bar on cold start. Gradually dropped to 2.0bar. Went for a run and it peaks and holds at 6.0 bar. Even after a run it idled at 2.0bar. Oil is just below full. 10w40 in it now and 10w40 Miller's cfs going in towards the end of the week. Smokes and sticks of oil now. Really quite worried it'll come loose when driving despite me checking time and time again for leaks. Even after the run which I hit full boost through 3rd gear it doesn't show any further leaking. I cleaned it all with brake cleaner and a special rag. Tomorrow I'll have a bash at the temp gauge. Pics to follow.
  13. All blasé about it. Oh it's been there a while...
  14. Fitted my oil pressure adapter today. Had a right bit of drama. Done all my bits right but it wasn't tight from factory. !Removed! oil everywhere. Gonna update my build thread with all the pictures.
  15. Sorry, yeah they were here already. The missus hid the post [emoji35] Sorry about the bother. However it gave me a huge man smile. Can't wait.
  16. Welcome to the club! Hope you guys are popping down to Brighton on the 20th June. Nice and local to you. It's gonna be a huge Subaru meet. We should be arriving around 9:30. There's a topic in the south east meet section with full details
  17. The annual Brighton run is on the 20th so it looks like a good week for the south [emoji4]
  18. They want you to print it too? [emoji12] [emoji23]
  19. I haven't had my ticket arrive in the post yet. When should I start to worry? [emoji15]
  20. Yeah Duncan @racedynamix mapped it back in April. Still puts a huge smile on my face.
  21. Had a little test of the boost gauge today. Stuck it in 5th at 1.5k rpm and put my foot to the floor. It peaked @1.4 bar @3k rpm. Quite impressed with both the gauge and car.
  22. Do they still clip through walls? Or fall half body in to the floor so you can't see them as they start swiping at you? [emoji23] oh dayz how I love your lazy approach to early access. Just my ten cents but by the time that games released it'll have lost all its popularity.
