I know sound like a jet plane taking off when I get over 40mph. Not sure if it is the prop bearing which we know has play or a wheel bearing. We did the usual checks on the wheels and found no signs but that doesn't mean it isn't a wheel as well as the prop.

I was watching the oil temp and ended up pushing it halfway up the queue. A lot of my fins are bent on the ic and when it comes to 0.3 of a second I'm sure that all counts.

We don't need the proximity sensor in all fairness so disabling that part would be the best course of action.

I may look into a new/larger tmic. Pinch your design and add ic spray.
