  1. Hi folks not been on for a long while busy busy. The hawk is still going strong not done much to her. Front lip. Custom rear diffuser. Few bits and pieces. I have been looking at the s12 wrc kits and they look awesome just wondering if anyone has fitted one to a wrx? As i have a belief that these kits for 3000euro will just not fit without major cutting and modification. Thanks all in advance 🙏👍

Hi guys washed her thought id share few pics And not really after any gains just looking for the dump valve sound [emoji85] without affecting the car and can turn the gfb one on and off in the car as driving as won't want the sound all the time ect just wondering if any one had good experience with them on a standard hawk.   5. Rolling road check went fine no issues no codes chap said he didn't notice any hesitation. Told me revs fine and to stop worrying. Original pipe is wayyy better I won't be buying any performance parts car is fast enough at the moment haha.   8. UPDATEEEE Got oil pump on 11mm one oil pressure now 1.2bar lowest at 100c oil temp. Hessantness has gone. Did find 1 small boost pipe half off have secured it. Timing was a nightmare to do in the bay. Got new oil millers 10w40 fully synthetic. Have booked in to viezu for health check and maybe remap but thinking to leave it now as feels fine.   9. Did download it have got a lead aswell was asking me for a file for the car. Will have another bash later. Just got breakfast in car. Oil temp 70c oil pressure lowest at idle 1bar-1.2bar around 5-6 driving at low revs. Are scoobys jerky/hessant when cold ? Seems better after the blast last nite Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. Was a little metal yes got a magnetic sump plug in. i do expect a bit of metal as my previous heads were worn an scrapped and also the cams. Cleaned engine block ect but will always be some you have missed somewere. Drove it to work got oil temp of 60c Idle oil pressure 2bar revs were at 1000rpm car still a little cold Soon as rev. more up to 4-5bar and holds there once driving only goes down on idle.   13. Oil is 10w40 gulf easter fully synthetic will get some more next week to late in week to order now and will change oil. Just got back from giving it a run pulls good only hessant when trying to drive it slow. Oil temp got up to 100c oil pressure 6.5bar peak. On idle with 100c oil temp. The oil pressure gauge had a flash red (warning light if im right) and was at 0.6 bar again at around 700-800rpm. But against the mechanical gauge its down by 0.2 of a bar. So i have more of 0.8bar. Got the mechanical gauge on from other day says 1 bar lowest when at warm idle id say 700-800 rpm now im monitoring it. when fans kick in, is when gauge flashes for 30secs to a minute i have read that today 10psi to every 1,000rpm also read standard factory pump idle is 14psi am i just being over paranoid and prosport electic gauge a little out?   15. just drove it home 6bar on start up and when rev ect. Let tick over once home. Stays at around 0.8bar then gauge flashed a few times to say no sensor like oil temp does at the moment car ticks over at around 600-700rpm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. You aint joking piggysniffer nightmaree its been. i got everything crossed hope it all good now 1.5bar lowest ive seen today also.   20. 6 bar pressure when cold and when rev or drive not got the oil temp sensor in yet thats a tonight job. 1.5 bar was at idle after a drive round the block at cruise speed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just this minute got the gauges in very dark will take a picture tomorrow. Oil pressure reading 1.5 bar on tick over at the lowest about 21psi that seem ok or low still paranoid about oil ect. Car running better touch wood after blast out last nite and tank of fuel also. dont know if that helped ive only put in high octane.   24. Got some prosport steepers on the way tomorrow put my mind at rest on this oil business. I have put a silcon covered inlet pipe to the turbo on when rebuilt engine would that make it hessant and jerky as not mapped for it maybe?   25. Fingers crossed mr b fingers toes and everything inbeetween. Can not thank you enough for all the advice an guidance. Can you suggest anywere local to me (West Midlands) to get it in rollers. Yes took a bit of messing about to get sump off jacked engine up to refit [emoji106] looking at prosport gauges as we speak want to order from shop that got in stock an will supply the defi pod also.
