Yh I've got fuel pressure and spark do you know where the main earth points are as could take forever trying to find them in the dark I've only brought one part the cam sensor as I've got another classic which I've been taking parts off but to be awkward Subaru changed the cam and crank sensor after my car

getting 1040 ohm on the crank sensor and 1530 ohm on the cam sonsor

well cam sensor didn't sort it and now the battery is going flat from cranking so much even changed the the temp sensor for ecu while I was there as was told that could cause it still noting

I've just got a new cam sensor gonna put it in now see if I have any look if not I'll test the crank sensor fingers crossed

Deffo got spark I did spray some easy start it didn't start but did see fire in the intake lol all fuse are fine I have a Clifford alarm which turns off once I press the button and then the dash lights come on so I no that's fine just ordered a cam sensor looking for a crank sensor but hard and expensive to fined

Yh it's an import and no cel light I've checked and it has no codes stored Yh it turns over just won't fire up

Hi all got a slight problem my car has decided it don't want to start anymore was driving running fine parked up come out next day and won't start changed fuel pump checked spark pulled injectors rails and started have fuel coming through have spark but still nothing all fuses are fine even tried some easy start but still nothing running out of ideas any help would be good car is a v2 import with alkatec ecu running maffless I've tried the original ecu still no joy

Update been for my map 308.8bhp coil packs started to misfire around 4000rpm so couldn't turn it up more mapper said with newage coils it would make 320-330 no problem but happy with what I got was a good day

it wasn't due an oil change but did it today Anyway was a good job as could smell fuel in the oil all fresh now even did a coolent change while I was there took it on a short drive not using boost all seems well so far :)

440 injectors parallel fuel lines fpr wlbro fuel pump full decat with blitz nut spec cat back front mount 3 bar map sensor 3 port electronic boost soliniod and Alcatek ecu hoping for around 300bhp anything over that is a bonus :)

Yh thinking hydro locked hard to believe a few drops of petrol could lock up the engine but so glad it wasn't anything worse

just finished and the car is alive again took fuel rails back off to find a seal had been squashed on the bottom of 1 injector and was dripping so fitted new one put it back together and fired straight idles better then before so going to leave it alone now till Wednesday when I go for my map :) thanks for all the help guys

The fuseable like is fine already checked there phase 1 rails with phase 2 injectors had to use the adapter kit all sealed up on the outside going to get the plugs out now see what they look like and turn it over

Yh car ran fine no problems before hand only reason I changed bits was for my map on Wednesday another person has suggested hydro locked I did prime the pump a few times before starting as fitted new lines and checked for any leaks going to have another look at it today and try the things that have been suggested just hope I haven't killed the engine

It's showing 12 volt on my volt gauge old battery was showing 8 so battery is good just running out of ideas

is there a way to test the starter? It wasn't a starter motor noise but I'll try anything

The 1st time I tried I got nothing the battary had died so got a new one tried again then got the clunk straight away so checked everything made sure everything was connected turned the engine by hand all fine so tried the key again and just got the clunk noise again.

I will try that in the morning it was the kind of noise of something hitting inside the engine but couldn't understand why or how that would happend it was fine yesterday when started the work

Hi all new to club had subarus for a few years now. I've got a v2 import now and got a problem if anyone could help I've just fitted 440 injectors, parallel fuel lines and fpr got the car back together went to start it had a loud clunk noise now nothing car won't turn over. any suggestions would be great
