Hi, having been stalled by visits to hospital I can now continue in improving my 2004 WRX Wagon, I have come across HKS Silent 3" bore cat back system, quite a bit more expensive than the usual suspects, are they worth the money, I bought a 3" sportscat downpipe for £230. so now want to complete the system. Being an old git I dont want it super noisy, but I dot want it to sound muffled either, I want the best powergain I can get, I have a K&N Typhoon induction kit installed and will go for a stage 2 remap. HKS do some quality pieces of kit but they can be noisy - I dont know about this particular one though

At lest it's got one resonator in the centre so shouldn't be silly loud. Have you had a look on YouTube to see if there are any sound clips of it ?
