May 19, 201510 yr Can anyone explain what the 3 Port Boost Solenoid is and why it's a benefit to have one, and what changes you will really see fitting one? Thanks guys :)
May 19, 201510 yr it gives the mapper better control on boost targets during a remap . Bear in mind They're not just plug n play and have to be mapped in though
May 19, 201510 yr it will help the mapper control the boost better, I have heard they are not really needed below 400bhp though I fitted one when I had mine mapped, if it helps the mapper control the boost it can't be a bad thing
May 19, 201510 yr I was told it wasn't needed on mine as the boost was behaving saved myself some money as he had it ready to Fit but said it was pointless, Chris did you not manage to make it to the sss meet last night ?
May 20, 201510 yr I had one put on at time of remap. As said its to help control boost. I was told it was good to have.
