Hi guys hope someone will be able to help.

Have a 1994 subaru Impreza WRX pushing 330 bhp but this is due to the car not being entirely legal

Failed mot really Badly on Emissions and have fitted new stainless steel exhaust full cats as previous exhaust had none.

Been told the car needs to be remapped as the sensor is telling the car to throw fuel down its neck and still to much for the new exhaust to take.

Don't want to loose all my power/fun so can you advise by getting a remap will this sort Emissions out and if done properly be able to get most of my Bhp back.

Hi & welcome, what mods have you on the car ? You'll either need an apexi ecu with commander or an esl board grafted into the ecu, with correct fueling and more stable boost & ignition you should see the same figures if not better if the car will take it

Welcome to the club. What exhaust was on the car before you put the new one on?

Wotcha and welcome - check for error codes as well you may have a dodgy sensor. It may well be worth booking a rolling road session to get it investigated and set up correctly
