Excuse the title

How do I get this clip thing back into the hole, been trying for ages and manage to get half of it in.

Figured it out now.

I was going to say the center part pushes back allowing the 4 wide prongs to collapse :)

 

And I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment seeing this after the title  :lol:

seeing the title im sure gambits answer would have involved his favourite brand of strawberry flavoured lube [emoji33] [emoji23]

Glad you've sussed it Phil as there's at least 3 different types of plastic fixings that hold things onto a classic and they all work on the same principle.

It's probably why they're so light lol
