bigbear007 Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Has anyone had scoobyworld ecutek wrx remap done.they charge £995.
Tidgy Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Is that just for a map? sounds pricey, nto sure whos doing there mapping now either http://scoobyclinic.com/ecu_mapping.htm + vat but that makes it £660 for comparison
quit Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 yeah was gonna say about 600 is normally the max!!
Scooby Pete Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 You can't just plug in and remapp. If the ecu hasn't been remapped before you need the software licence, the £995 will includes the licence you need. If you have a licence for the ecu it will more likely be around the £600 mark.
bigbear007 Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 Included in the price decat,up pipes to turbo, manifold, ecutek licence, filter & fitting.

Tidgy Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Included in the price decat,up pipes to turbo, manifold, ecutek licence, filter & fitting. £1000 for a full decat, panel filter and map? seem to cheap to be true.
bigbear007 Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 Have a look on Scooby world site if you get a chance guys.
Sandals Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 £1000 for a full decat, panel filter and map? seem to cheap to be true. It's just the up-pipe that is getting de-catted... it seems like a good package price!!
Scooby Pete Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 the one i post includes license fee mate. I'm was always told a ecutek liecence is around £500 add £3-400 for a mapping session and that's your £900.
bigbear007 Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 I think I will have chat with guys at Scooby world to get all information.
Tidgy Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 I'm was always told a ecutek liecence is around £500 add £3-400 for a mapping session and that's your £900. no mate, mapping roughly £350-400, license is around £200, add give or take £100 for dyno.
Tidgy Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Have a look on Scooby world site if you get a chance guys. yeah looks to be about £1300 ish? doesn't include for a fuel pump that will be a good idea on a wrx.
Gambit Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 They did mine about 9 years ago maybe a bit longer now. Was happy with it all. It was a full rebuild and extra goodies and a remap. £2950. I do have a price break down of it all.
bigbear007 Posted November 25, 2015 Author Posted November 25, 2015 That's not a bad price with full rebuild.
Gambit Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 Yeah was a few years ago though so keep that in mind :) but still going strong. :D
