Ninja Noodle
Been a few changes since these photos, John Ashley backbox japstyle, changed to black and white interior the blue isn't to my taste, new drivers door as some fool drove into it. changed brake servo to turbo one as mine was screwed lol. still to do upgrade brakes as these are screwed anyway, change the engine, think that's everything besides cosmetic stuff like wheels refurbed and lower it etc

Miggs
Love it, I too have a green wagon, love them headlights, are they angel eyes too? Always had a soft spot for them, I'll get some at some point
Ninja Noodle
yeah angel eyes made a mistake getting chrome ones I think the black ones look a lot better on green but you learn by doing lol
Gambit
IMO the black headlights always look better I had chrome on my St170 that was silver and still think I should have had black :)
Miggs
I had black ones on my mk4 golf too, you could split the lense and paint them, maybe green to match the car
Ninja Noodle
oh really, thought they were a sealed unit, something to look into that's for sure
Miggs
Well the ones I had were depo lights and spkittable, I should imagine nearly all lights would split but without seeing yours I'm speculating, the glass is usually just bonded on with a strong silicone adhesive to the rear plastic housing so heating them up will loosen the glue and allow it to be split, I have said elsewhere on here about how to split lights using the oven
Gambit
I can't remember with mine I don't think I looked to be fair
Ninja Noodle
yeah sealed with silicone time to get the Stanley knife and hairdryer lol, well once I'm finished at work
Miggs
You can cook them in the oven you know, much easier, just don't forget they are in there lol
Jay762
and have them glass down as the plastic will melt on the baking tray
Gambit
yeah sealed with silicone time to get the Stanley knife and hairdryer lol, well once I'm finished at work Sounds like the start of a good night out that :D
Miggs
I put mine in with the glass facing the door of the oven and plastic was perfect when they came out, just don'tuse too much heat and keep checking regularly
Jay762
seen a chap doing it for a motor bike light and it trashed the back, got some pictures somewhere - as you say though less heat and it would be fine
