What coolant do you all use it's time to change it.

Featured Replies

So my coolant level on my blobeye is just below the minimum level and it's a green colour no idea which brand so I will most likely have to drain it all out properly and put in new coolant to play safe but run the risk of buying the wrong coolant and it all turning in to jelly like sludge stuff if I don't drain out the old really well so wondering what all you guys use before I go out and buy some.

I've used the pink OAT stuff Halfrauds recommend.

Last time I went to the dealer They said they don't do a subaru coolant any more, they stocked shell stuff and advised me any good quality coolant should be fine !

I used the pink OAT halfords coolant, I was recommended by another member...

I changed it last weekend...

I get the shell stuff as stants said apparently, its pretty much what Subaru used anyway about 15 quid for 5 litres at your local shell
