March 23, 20169 yr I'm on the goodyear efficient grip how hard do you push the car ? I bought them for the a rated wet grip, figured I should never run out of dry grip on any decent tyres so far they perform well in dry and are very good in the wet, Obviously the cross climate are a genuine all season tyre and I think the only tyre of its type the tuv have snow marked so depends on if you use winter tyres aswell ?
March 24, 20169 yr Author That's what I was thinking. It would also be good to have some performance in snow and the odd muddy field !
March 24, 20169 yr Have you had a look at the Michelin cross climate, supposed to be a very good all season tyre, it wasn't released when I got mine fitted

March 26, 20169 yr 216/60/16 for me I think, pouring down so don't fancy checking just yet, Have a shop around as I managed to get my good year down from 140 each to 104 that was through asda believe it or not

Seems all season tyres don't perform well enough in the dry, so I'm looking at uniroyal rain experts at around £88 or these Toyos http://www.blackcircles.com/order/tyres?&width=215&profile=60&rim=R16&speed=Any&wintertyre=wintertyre they seem good value to me
March 28, 20169 yr really a case of matching tyre to your needs, if you on dry tarmac mainly then all seasons not really needed, if on back track wet & cold roads or remote areas they very handy, I've used the optimo 4seasons before & they are superb for the money if you truly need a 4s tyre ...
April 3, 20169 yr Author Fitted Uniroyal Rain Expert 215 60 16 99v 260 miles through lots of rain and reasonable traction towing a 1200kg boat though a muddy field (photo was last week in better weather!)
