Hello, I realise there are probably tons of topics around this subject however without time to go though tons of threads to find the info am looking for will start another one.

Am looking for advise on a engine re-map / performance upgrade plan for a 2006 Impreza WRX Type UK, the car as is, is completely standard throughout. After driving the Subie for a couple of days the only thing I don't like about it is the boost kicks in way to late, am not really looking to get max power or really interested in increasing HP as much as possible, am looking for a smoother drive and a steady boost from a much lower revs.

I know re-mapping is the key, but all the maps I have looked into require additional upgrades such as decat pipes and improved filters and exhausts. So that pretty much what I want to go for so was wondering whats the most cost effective options out there that will give me.

- New exhaust system (Downpipe and back box, MOT Friendly) Stainless Steel

- Which Panel Filter to go for

- Where to custom map the car (around Nottinghamshire area if possible)

Good advise on somewhere that can complete the entire package in one visit including all fitting, and what I would be look to pay appricated thanks

Will be around £1500 + vat. who you get recommended to do it will depend on who you ask. Scoobyclinic are up at chesterfield and do all my work from servicing through to full engine builds.
