Hello all ! 

Min going to be trading in my RAV4 for a brand new Forester XT this coming September .

I've no idea about a Subaru Forester but I saw one at a Country Fair and it blew away the Freelander hands down . 

Can you guys shed some light on the Forester and am I buying a good car ? I'm not a mechanical person and I know very little about cars .

Wotcha and welcome - think you will see quite teh improvement over the Rav 4 in mpg - neighbour of mine had one and it was a thirsty as our Sti hatch

welcome! not owned a forrester but had a freelander for a bit so not suprised it blew it away lol
