Decats the way forward. It can come with issues. You'll fail mots on emissions. You can also end up with running issues from overboost to rich running and eventually bore wash. A remap will sort out the overboost and fuelling. A friendly mot tester will solve your emissions problem.

I put the cat back in once a year for the MOT only takes 30mins (well practiced) I love the way it sounds decated. But do what you feel happy with lots of MOT testers will turn a blind eye.
