stuartie
Welcome to the club, £2500 should get you a decent classic wrx, i got mine just back in april for that price and its spot on needs a few things done as its a wee bit rough round the edges but thats how i wanted it, theres nothing like the feeling of getting the car how you want it by doing it yourself the Shell and rear arches are rust free probs because of it being an import but it did take me a good 9months to a year to find it

donnylad
well looks like the car will be going later, but abit less then what I wanted. It will leave me around 2300 for a new car, I think I might hit the subaru nail on the head as I dont think that we get me anything half decent, thats pretty nippy as well :/ I dont want to get something I am going to need to keep spending on, but wanted something fun as I only do 100 ish miles a week!
