Andrewscooby Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Hi looking for some opinions and advice. I currently have a 2004 Impreza WRX STi WR Blue unmodified, low mileage (42000) full service history which I am looking to sell as I am getting a new car (sadly family commitments mean I need something a bit more economical now :-( ) and I am unsure where to part ex or sell privately. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks everyone.
Jay762 Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 If you can hold out time wise a private sale may be more lucrative.
Buggyeye Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 agree with jay. if your not desperate to sell then hold on and sell private. you will probably get loads more that way
RichieT Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 You will only ge the book price from you local dealer. IMO, better to stick it on a forum or autotrader and get a better price for it.
johned Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Sounds like a nice car,why not put some pictures up with a bit of history on this site and you might sell it at a better price than trade in value.

Andrewscooby Posted October 9, 2016 Author Posted October 9, 2016 Forgot to say, MOT'd until May 2017 and timing belt was done last year (May 2015).
johned Posted November 8, 2016 Posted November 8, 2016 Anyone know Andrewscooby as i have lost contact with him.
Tidgy Posted November 8, 2016 Posted November 8, 2016 By a £1000 daily and keep the scoob for the weekend mate. the money you save in petrol costs will more than cover the costs of running a second car. Any big bills just sack the car off and buy a new one. 1
