Hi all,

 

First impreza owner here, and I would really appreciate your thoughts on replacing an 05 blobeye WRX standard clutch to an Exedy Stage 1 3 peice kit. I've heard that at slow speeds they can judder quite a lot.  What's your thoughts and experiences.

Hi I have 2005 WRX with same clutch and haven't experienced any judder at low speeds.

You shouldn't experience any with a stage 1. Usually they grab a bit harder from 3 upwards. 2 would maybe a little as well.

Not sure if this is relevant, I think it's about the exedy clutch's

I have this clutch on my forester sti, good clutch and not terrible to live with as well. never had any judder from mines.
