Metal bits in rear diff

I just changed rear diff oil at the weekend and found some alarmingly large bits of metal on magnet. It makes no noise and I had no idea of any problems before, just a routine service. 

Whats your thoughts??

Only had it since June so not dropped diff oil yet lol

Lol, I've had mine since April and thought I would give it a thorough service... don't know if I should be glad or petrified yet
