would you guys say this was a import? the seller says its a uk car but it has the rear wiper and the fog light at bottom of bumper iv seen JDM subs like this so im unsure

you would need a look at the vin plate to know for sure

Front badge indicate import too. What's with the size of the rear plate is it just the picture or is the spacing wrong ?

Steering Wheel looks like an import as correct me if i'm wrong but i think that they have the subaru logo on instead of a momo branding

Refuses to bring any details up i'd be a bit wary.

No they come with the Momo logo the steering wheel wasn't till the newer car's I think that went with Subaru or STI on the middle with Momo printed under the badge 

 

But you are right I can't find anything on DVLA about the car 

does sound dodgy - would give this one a wide berth, there are plenty of other nice examples about at the moment

i think that if its an import then it will have a bolt on rear fog light and uk ones have them in the rear lights? could be wrong but know imports dont have rear fog lights fitted
