When I start the scoob from cold I get a really loud whining noise and turning steering wheel goes all hard. It only usually lasts a few seconds but is really annoying/worrying me. Rkidder Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Have you checked your power steering hoses, mine had gone hard causing the pump to suck in air giving a whining noise.
