Just acquired a 2012 Forester XS D and new to the club so thought I'd start with a simple/stupid question.

Are both mirrors meant to fold back when the fold button is pressed or just the offside?  Only o/s operating on mine so thought I'd find out for sure before pulling the n/s one apart.

Both fold on mine. 

Pretty sure both are supposed to fold back

Possibility they are on two differnet fuses, may be worth checking the simple/ cheap fixes 1st
