Due back on the road this month at some point, cannot wait for it. Are there any shows or cruises coming up in the next couple of months? Don’t have any plans engine wise as apart from a remap after the snakehead and system go on NEXT WEEK 🍾 yet but it’ll be a long winter 😂 Currently got a piper Ross induction kit,baileys dump valve so full stainless system should be a nice addition. Looks beutiful! I second dynatune for a classic remap mate. I had my blobeye done a few weeks back by Andy forrest... What a difference. Unfortunately Andy doesn't remap classics anymore!🙄 As for cruises and shows iv just been to crail for banzi event! Besides the weather it was a great day. Went to the garage today and was told my fuel lines at corroded and my tank needs to come out to fix it. Was told this means my diff ect need stripped. What do you’d think? Its possible mate depends where its corroded my last wrx suffered the same issue and i was tokd the same. Itd was pis sin fuel into the cabbin but my mechanic managed to fix it with the bac seat out. What about suspension set up, I am sitting it on some coilovers so I’m going to need that set up also. Thanks for all the help so far guys. GraemeSTi Posted June 10, 2019 Share Posted June 10, 2019 Aye mate to get the tank out you need to take the diff down, I had to when I was under sealing but it gave me the ooertunity to change diff oil seals for peace of mind lol and a coat of black so looked a bit nicer lol I'm on the same boat as at the moment, I'm on OE shocks with tein springs but got a full set of tein coilovers sitting there waiting to get put on i just need to find someone who can do a fast road set up who actually knows what hes doing😂 standard 4 wheel alignment just doesn't cut it when it comes to scoobys lol where about in Ayrshire you from mate? Kilbirnie I’m from bud, defo right regarding the suspension set up. I know Greer spirt used to be good for all sorts of skint work but not sure they still trade.
