April 30, 20205 yr Hi Expert here, I am from Singapore and recently I upgrade my infotainment that come with starlink and my country don't support starlink. I used to have the reverse cam guide line but after I done the upgrade, the guide line gone, no more guide line when I reverse my car. Does anyone know what is the problem. My current upgraded set is: Subaru-Gen3-Mid-RW-My2019-REVA. Thank you so much.
April 30, 20205 yr Author Hello, Thanks, I have try it but it won't work. I even pressed e home button with 3x together with the left knob to get into the system setup. I did saw there is a on button to activate the guide line but I can't save it. According to the 3rd party installer, it won't have guide line. So need help from any expert here. I don't know whether is it due to the camera itself. Because our original infotainment dont have starlink and is built by Panasonic. Thanks
April 30, 20205 yr It might be the camera however they tend to be a simple generic setup of 12v feed for power to the camera, a -ve ground wire and a video signal lead. I would ask your 3rd party installer why they think it will not be able to have the lines any more?
