It's jointly owned and some of the others want the share in cash now, and wouldn't leave much ground left by selling parts of it off, so nothing I can do about it unless I won the lotto but I'd look elsewhere anyway if I did :D a lot of it needs work to put right and the granary is a Grade 1 listed building now. So getting planning to do anything to it would be a joke :(

It is but I won't get down about it already seen a few other houses. And still have to do a bit before we can get it all on the market so in no rush and then have to find a buyer :D
