as the weather was a bit better did some more cleaning, well removing mud :lol:

 

was almost halve a plastic bag full, all good fun

Its amazing how it does seem to collect behind the bodywork  :mellow:

Come on now.....you've just dropped a bag of topsoil you collected from the local garden centre......fess up!  :D

I bet his neighbour brought him a bag round when he was out for his hanging baskets reversed up not seen it and ran over it. And this is the excuse I'm with you David :)

yeah sure, no neighours here and the drive way is the parking lot of the shop i live above, sorry guys :)

I just did the same on mine yesterday though was at a pressure wash place so didn't have to worry about plastic bags, all down their drains lololol

well i did the pressure wash before this as the mud on mine is stuck on and cannot removed by pressure wash hence the reason do it by hand to spend about 3 hours for both sides. used a long screw driver trying to remove the mud...

 

i'm thinking of making a mod to easy remove dirt in the near future as both my arms are badly scratched

yep, yep, probably is but not sure. the problem is that i cannot reach the end with my fingers / arm hence the long screw driver you can see in the pictures.

 

now please bear in mind that my06 Forester was used by her previous owner (a farmer) as if she was a Hilux for farming and hunting with lots of miles in the fields / sand / crossing fords / mud. also probably never really cleaned other that a quick splash of water...

 

i'm not complaining at all and very happy with my06 as she costed me peanuts monies and is mechanical sound :)

By the looks of things mine hadn't seen anything other than tarmac until i got in and thought Yes, I am Colin Mcrae B) and went and found every bit of legal off road I could in my area
