2005 forester 2.o xt Auto diff oil

I want to change the diff oil in my forester but what oil do I use?? I have just had a towbar fitted to tow our caravan and want to make sure alls good to hopefully avoid any problems. I asked our local Halfords but the lad was about 10 so want an expert oppinion, What do you all use ??

Change your gearbox oil too if not been done for a while or unsure of quality oil used.
