Gambit Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Looks great mate. Is that the The Yorkshire Air Ambulance thing. I know a few of the members went from here :D
Jay762 Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 very very nice that - I know one of the chaps was looking at a more stealth look which those skirts and the boot with lip spoiler would fit the bill perfectly
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 Yeah it was at Sherburn Gambit, was a good turn out :) Boot lid is one of my favorite mods for the newage, perfect for people wanting to run without a spoiler like you say
Gambit Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 My bad sense of humour here the reflexion made me laugh look like an angry dwarf It's ok the meds will kick in soon ;) 1
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 For all you know that could be true and I express myself through my reflection in carbon ;) :D grrrrrrrrrr 1
Gambit Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 For all you know that could be true and I express myself through my reflection in carbon ;) :D grrrrrrrrrr I often do the same type of thing. But I choose to do it in the reflexion of women's changing room mirrors naked, I'm currently now banned from entering primark premises

majik_thighs Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Looks great but I like it better without the whale-tale.....with it its about as subtle as Rod Stewarts leopard skin disco trousers. But that`s only my opinion based on me being a 58 year old young !Removed!
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 It is but I like it so :P It looks a bit daft on them photos with the small wheels and HUGE spoiler but it'll be put into perspective when the cars back on the road with 18x11 wheels and 285/35 rubber :D 1
majik_thighs Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 From the front it looks brilliant.......really menacing Its got that....."Move yer !Removed!!" look to it. How did you clean the headlights?
Gambit Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Oh I like the spoiler on it I think it looks ok on a car's done for track days an a road car. Not a choice I would have on a road car only myself but know a few members have had them on at some point :)
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 From the front it looks brilliant.......really menacing Its got that....."Move yer !Removed!!" look to it. How did you clean the headlights? Thanks mate it'll look better with the new flares and wheels on, really mean !!!! I havent cleaned the headlights they are a mess close up lol, theres a chap on Facebook that has a good technique he puts them in the oven to remove the front cover then cleans. Oh I like the spoiler on it I think it looks ok on a car's done for track days an a road car. Not a choice I would have on a road car only myself but know a few members have had them on at some point :) The spoiler is pointless, it has not function on or off track but I like it and it showcases the business so its a win win :)

CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 11, 2014 Author Posted July 11, 2014 Is that dipped carbon fibre? The interior looks great! No we dont deal with anything but real carbon. The interior are overlays, something we used to do. Now we offer a real carbon skinning service which is pretty much the same thing.
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Im thinking about selling this once its back on the road, what do you think a fair price would be?
Gambit Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 I wouldn't like to put a price on it. Was at I will say my 1st local meet last night and a guy there has a very nice Hawkeye loads of work done to it £13.500 he wants for it. Was telling me idiots was offering him £10k like he should be grateful :(
CarBenFibreCreations Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 I was thinking around the 10k mark but im not sure, cars worth about 5k without the mods and there is well worth over 7k of mods on it.
CarBenFibreCreations Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 So since I decided I was putting it up for sale I changed my mine, as you do, and have covered the majority of the exterior in carbon fibre :) 1
Gambit Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Looking good mate. Certainly going to be a one of a kind. :D
Ash007ks Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Can you do carbon fibre wings for a classic, if not want a test bed ;)
