Scooby Pete Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Welcome along. If you not too far from the Kingston/hampton court area you could pop down to the Surrey Scoobies meet Sunday. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/8002-surrey-scoobies-monthly-meet-13th-july-2014/ I can't make it but they are a nice bunch of fellow enthusiasts always happy to welcome fellow Scoobies owners. 1

Djheps Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 Hi folks So 1 month of ownership of the 2011 sti type uk. Still grinning and feel I have tamed the beast but I have noticed a "flat spot" at 5k rpm. It's not massive and is only for an instant, but it is noticeable. Any ideas? Still have 1 month manufacturers warranty how do I get it checked out by Subaru? Cheers in advance
Jay762 Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 cant say I noticed one of those with mine - check for local subaru dealer and book it in with them. an aftermarket map (JGM or equivalent) might be in order as it might be the standard map needs a few tweaks? a long shot could be injectors need a clean but that would depend on mileage
Djheps Posted August 18, 2014 Author Posted August 18, 2014 It's done 26k, so just book in for a check or diagnostic?
