  10. that is the best way to explain it. thank you.
  11. for a high performance build is it best to keep to oe compression ratio the best i can using the correct head gasket size that clear the piston.

  14. does anyone the best place to get parts for an 08 ej257 sti hatcback. hardy any stores sell both forged conrods and forged pistons. might have to be an ebay job.
  15. was the parts you changed like for like? you could have the ht leads the wrong way around or spark plug gap was not set.
  16. wow that is bad.it that from subaru themselfs?
  17. i would not say that was bad. it depends on how hard it is to remove it, i seen worst than that to be fair. i hope it don't cost much to sort out.
  18. it depends on what model you love the most? do you like a good classic, a hawkeye, a hatchback or a blobeye. if i had to choose it would be between a hawkeye, a classic or a hatchback, i would not get a blobeye as they are 2.0 here, so no point. it depends on what model you love the to get the most.
  19. i know this sounds wierd, put it in a sealed bag of rice for a day or two. it works with phones, if that don't work then get a new key and program key to car. don't you have a spare key?

  21. someone has done it. he had a 2.5 bottom end and 2.0 heads. you would need a lower the compression ration, here is the video
  22. the real question is has it been done before? if not then why do videos that pretty much are the same content, be different as it could work out for you. i would say give it a go and see how well it goes,
  23. i can't help you with that. but that would be sick as hell if it, you can do it.
