  1. No rain or anything here so far. Seen a few pic's on facebook about 100 miles south of me with snow setting :D
  2. I still hate them but I do suffer with short patience :) I'd recommend you having ago and agree better plugs is better than standard. And as Pete said be very careful with the coil packs. I'm pretty sure you will soon learn to hate them too :D
  3. No order to go by but I'll say it again, they're a real pain in the !Removed! to change I hate doing them. I know Martin and a few others on here who are pretty good with the engines lift the engine to change. The Back passenger side is by far the worst one, I've thrown some tools around with some profanities just because of that last one :(
  4. Bit hard for me to explain how they handle now I'm used to it. But so easy to control compared to anything else I've owned alot more forgiving if you get it a little bit wrong but like anything take it past the limit and get it wrong it can soon end in tears. But I love it when it snows :)
  5. In a completely biased view Yes! ;) But I wouldn't skint myself to run a car though mate. :(
  6. Thank you mate merry Christmas to you and your's :) Hope you have a great day :D
  7. No thats fine mate. Sorry for the inconvenience of coming here with all the questions, I don't think I need to echo why again but safety 1st ;) Might be a bit slow now with Christmas but I'm sure some members would like to take the opportunity up. I think be easier if we get you a more appealing post set up 1st on here one you can use to reply to people but gives people a clear view of what your sites about, if thats ok I'm happy to help with this here. As I said before my mate might post his cars up I don't mean to sound like a prick but he might not his cars do make the front covers of just about every magazine. There that nice it makes me jealous :) but I will put it to him. As an example ;) one of his old car's
  8. Theres a few depends on what you want to spend I guess :) Spax Eibach Cobra I have Eibach on mine. :)
  9. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C I'd say it's not impossible but you would be much better off getting one for a new age as the fitting isn't the same at all and would involve a lot of work if it can be done. So I'd say no it won't. classic shape newage. the blue think with smallish 3mm blue pipe coming off the TMIC
  10. I'm sure it's no surprise at the things Im willing to stalk. [emoji6]
  11. Yeah using my phone. Fat finger vs small picture. The picture won [emoji106]
  12. Found another one so parked up next to it. [emoji57] I think it looks good side by side
  13. Yeah its pretty much all bolt on other than the radiator top support bar has to have a bit of spot welding drilled out and a hawkeye one replaced with the spot welds done to it in its place again . Which I can't do myself so will get someone to do that. There is various ways of doing the front end conversion from swapping the full slam panel but I'm going the easier route in my opinion. But my swap over is going to be pretty slow I've started getting the parts but in no rush until summer anyway.
  14. I've heard some people even having to declare the stickers :o
  15. Gambit replied to quit's topic in General Subaru Chat
I'll take it to a professional to be done I just want to see one. After seeing how easy they remove it from the lights I want to know ho it stays sealed :)
  16. Pete I think need to look at how to make the donation and to claim the stickers a bit clearer. Clicking on those links just takes you to other pages with no guidance for others to make a donation and get the sticker.
  17. Opps I miss read what you meant with cost of mods. I thought you was asking what people had spent on them not cost of them through the insurance :( sorry mate :)

I want to see one that's been done. I've seen the youtube videos. But want to see one up close they make it look easy to peel it off. Might end up seeing a Blobeye done before too long if I can see one up close :)
  22. Hi mate our rules can be found HERE But I hope you understand, as club moderators we like to know who people are to keep the club and it's members safe along with their cars. So we like to check these things we're not trying to be funny with you. I'm always happy to help others if they help us. I can see the magazine was Created on 2009-03-04 and Expires on 2015-03-04 http://www.maxrevs.co.uk/ And it's based in Durham via http://www.iomart.com/ But because your a non profit it does make it hard for me to find anything to much but I do think you're genuine enough and have noticed the cars on your site don't have reg plates showing or anything. So I take it if any of our members or friends want to have pictures of their cars shared they can have reg's blanked out and just basic info of mods and BHP. ?
