I'd say it's impossible to get a full even tread the way they put that is I should have a full F1 mechanic's pit crew ;) for the amount of tread they are talking a curb scuff could make it lighter then the rest making it bend more and use more tyre then should be needed . I'd say it was to cover there own back from the tyre issue and it's been exaggerated to become this maddness of she said he said. I'm not trying to be funny with anyone. And maybe I'm wrong but the tread on tyres and new car's that use the road shouldn't be needing to worry about the tread, other then being to low past the legal limit :D

Does he have the Adjustable diff ? It happens with things that you organised, people not turning up :( But look's like you got the best bunch there anyway ;)

Yep lol Getting time off is the hard part :D I've been lot's to Meadowhall last time I went some Pedo had snatched a kid and with in less then 5 minutes had got him in the toilets shaved his head and re dressed him and started to walk out the main door's. I tell ya it was like when I tried to rob a Postoffice shutters came flying down it was mental. they got the guy thank god lucky I wasn't near by within arms reach anyway And shame it's on the Tuesday could have met up and shown me the local dogging hot spot's. And I promise I would only wear the leather trousers ;)

Yes possible Steve is an amazing bloke at sorting the room's out on here. And I can't see why it wouldn't be possible for once a year to have a massive meet up some where other then interest really :D

That mate is exactly what I would love to see next year and for all event's that it's possible to do that. My old club was a bit like that and would like to be able to see that here too. :D But time will tell, you have people that buy car's sign up sell them a few month's later. And other's that sign up but wont come on and join in on the forums for what ever reason. But looking at the way some of the facebook members talk I think we have the best bunch on here already ;)

That's what I'm hoping to see next summer group meets and thing's like that be great as well as the local meet's going too :D

Funny you should say that I had to use my space saver to do about 2 miles It's smaller then the other's but had no choice :( My own fault I sold my spare set to make some space.

I had all 4 changed in January then had an inside wall go on one of them and had it changed over with a new one I had heard this before so asked, and what he said is keep the same size tyre say 225/35 on the rear axle be fine. I have the same on the front's too,so I just bought another tyre and had it fitted But he was saying it wouldn't matter what tyre you have on the front could have 225/40 on the rear with 225/35 on the front. So I wouldn't have thought tyre wear would cause that much trouble.

I spoke to a mechanic about this but it was with the Impreza as long as the tyre's are the same size on each axle i.e rear and front will have no effect at all on the car.
