Nope never seen that happen not with me. I would just see how secure the TMIC is see if it has lot's of play just shake it, and reattach the pipe just make sure it's on tight. I've redlined mine before mate in 2nd 3rd and 4th and never had that :)
Right I could be wrong here I'm not sure how much if any more boost that will give you mate unless you have had a remap ?
if you have then I would say maybe a problem with the gauge. Or pipe work.
Just to let you know INeotom I've not forgot mate will add you to the big boy's Leaderboard tomorrow mate was going to have a go at beating Lance but ran out of time :D
I'm guessing you have a standard car mate I.e no mods at all, from standard your car will be 13.5psi in Bar's 0.930825 So might be showing it's right on the gauge. Do you have the LCD or analogue gauges ?
Oh and sorry welcome to S.O.C :)
If you buy an HKS SSQV follow this guide and make sure it is the real deal and not a knock off. Be aware there are many knock off Greddy RS BOV out there that are even stamped Greddy and are still fake.

Spotting A Fake HKS SSQV BOV
This applies mainly to the silver SSQV3 , but barring the paint finish, this is all relevant to the black ones too. There is also a large amount of fake Greddy RS BOV’s. So please be careful.
As for performance who really knows some cars hate them and drive like crap once it's been fitted others drive fine. My mates old car made his drive terrible his stock one worked better.
Right I refuse to go use my old kicking ground to steal there how too but I will sort some pictures out. But just been reading up And HKS never made a black SSQV IV So stay away from any black 4's as for the 3 I'm not 100% myself but if it is real will have.
like that I've just found a write up on the fakes I will add it to the engines section and pin it
Looking at what he sells I'd ask for more pictures
Nike trainers and designer clothes, all the stuff that can be faked easy. But just a few more pictures that you can zoom in on with the logo and screw heads should be all you need.
