  1. Yeah we try to keep all that off here. We all share the same interests touch wood everyone that has come to the forums has been great like you're self :)
  2. I like it but agree climbing over the roll cage with my milkshake and big mac at dinner time I think I'd rather just eat in :D But can't beat the fun you can have in the hatchbacks. Well until it snow's and then it's just all fun in the Subaru ;)
  3. You will fit right in here then I think 90% of it here is banter and 10% from Tlag and MD performance useful knowledge. Mind you I've seen MD slip in to our dark ways a few times
  4. I've posted a disc out for Steve today so he can get them on a server so you can all download them really fast. God we do look after you lot :D Big pair of tit's ? what sort of site's do you go on :D And thank you there is a fair few of you young lady's on here soon be able to do a spice girls tribute banned with extra's ;)
  5. I know a welder could do it not sure about a flange is there no way to get a reducer pipe maybe. Sorry Mapping and Exhaust not something I know lots about :( I have been called out to work again for my sin's :( I will have a look around for you mate see what I can find. I think we need an Exhaust specialist on here ;)
  6. Beautiful looking car mate I think a fantastic buy and a great first Scoob to own. :) And I agree I think front spliters do make the car look better
  7. Hey Ally welcome to S.O.C Feel free to have a look around the forums lot's of random things to read here, so feel free to join in ;)
  8. Yep for the Alarm but I like the thinking works on both front's ;)
  9. I will have to go check my collection of bondage gear and dig out the old ball mouth gag ;)
  10. Sound's good to me I will be able to let you know If I can make it across closer to the time. And Stanton 500 I've met him he came to a BBQ of mine and he's a top guy ;)
  11. Ohhh I like you already ;)
  12. That's sounds like an excellent plan. More so if a Pint might be involved ;)
  13. Near enough parallel universe :) I have one girl and two boy's oldest is 14 going on 25 << the Girl I'm sure you are experiencing the same :) then 11 in October and my 5 year old :D I did try selling them for forced labour but they wouldn't take them :D
  14. You're more then welcome mate there is some plastic air duct on the under side to to help the flow of the air get to where it needs to be, I can't see it getting in the way of anything it's tight to the underside of the bonnet and and not massive but I guess you could just cut it a little bit. if needed. And that where I would put anything to blank it off between the air duct. :)
  15. Rollermite mate would you be able to give this guy some tips with how you have your bonnet scoop and vents set up mate Thank you :) http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/2337-can-you-fit-a-turbo-2000-bonnet-to-an-impreza-sport/
  16. I would use a bit of tin cut it to the size you need and use a bit of silicone to seal it and bolt the vent's through the tin on the underside of the bonnet. Rollermite has a non turbo with scoop I will ask him how his scoop is fitted see if he has blanked it off :)
  17. Some good news what I like to hear. And I guess that answered my other question ;)
  18. Sounds good to me. Did you hold a meet mate or didn't you get chance to sort it out ?
  19. I'm almost like you :) been with mine 16 years in Feb. And my kids are the same they all love it my 5 year old keep's asking for me to do it again if I use it to over take the slower road users :)
  20. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C And thank you for sharing the info that I'm sure will help other's. Can't believe how much trouble the one sensor did. But least you have it sorted now :) hopefully help anyone else
  21. I know I thought I would have changed her by now but it's not worked :( lol
  22. Hello mate welcome to S.O.C And from my neck of the woods ;) That's a good question I'm not 100% about the scoop but would say the small little vent's would need to have a soak away or be blocked off
  23. :( Not good news but I know you are not the only one feeling the pinch mate so keep your chin up :) I would say it all depends on how you drive it and where but as a guess 28 to 30 mpg I have even had 32.5mpg from my car when it was running 360BHP but I had to drive it like a nanna in a Suzuki not so swift :)
  24. I've had to watch that again now still put's a smile on my face :)
  25. I don't mind stickers had them on my car but pulled them off because I find every W@nker in an Audi would drive like a nutter to catch me up and then sit right up my backside doing that slowing down and speeding up thing :( Sometime's I would show them the full force of the flat four but not very often. More so when the Missus is in the car I get shouted at a lot if I even go to 4k revs :D
