What is your experience with LPG?
I go reading way quite a lot to a place I'm not allowed to disclose lol well I can tell you but will have to kill you m4 you need a strong clutch mate so opt for a auto ! I've just got rid of my Octavia (2012) tdi did 60mpg and I thrashed it ! Great car but if I had to spend 1500 quid on a mile muncher .... Vauxhall omega 2.5 td my reasons are : 1. I've had 2 v6 and we're an amazing car to drive and own 2. My dad had 2 before me when they were kinda new and he loved them 3. Parts are cheap 4. The td lump is a BMW engine so will run forever or you could find some lpg ones ! Mv6 prodrive edition is a weapon ( normally black 3.2 v6 manual ! )

Bloke I know loves lpg as had range rovers etc but now he has a e46 330 touring , but like above it's chucking £1500 at a £1500 car ! £6500 I would go get a decent 535d or a6 tdi .... or if you want power try find a 335d

What is your experience with LPG?
Personally I do a lot of miles I would not consider a petrol , roads are different over here ... majorly ! I would get a diesel, when I started the job I'm in I was using my BMW 2.5 and that was doing about 24mpg on a run and boy do you notice it ! I switched to a tdci Mondeo which was faster and did 50mpg !

What's your opinion on the Subaru 2000 Turbo?
My top tips for buying a classic , ive had a few and purchased a few for friends or to sell on but this is what i normally use as a mental check list: 1. ROT first up outside check the underside, subframe, arches for bad repairs and rot. then go in the boot, pull the carpets back and have a good look about, get right in the arch liner panel with a torch - any water or rust walk away 2. Poor parts Worked on by specialists such as " rotherham scoobies / Tony hough " or "midland scooby services - hammond " / Bart Rocko / Facebook tuners walk away 3. Check for more rot 4. Unmapped cars - only needs a map tweek is bull sh2t , decat / changed turbos etc walk away 5. Cars with manual boost controllers - walk away 6. Ebay chinese turbos walk away 7. STi parts --- no real such thing 8. Prodrive pack - No certifcate then it dont exist 9. Rot 10. Con merchants like rotherham scoobies trying sell you a car 11. Avoid buying via facebook traders - cant be arsed with proper advertising such as pistonheads/ebay dont bother
