Bringing up this old thread, as we have a Levorg as our family runaround.

After a messy puncture and goo incident, I decided to store the styrofoam and get a proper spare wheel.

What wheel should work for the 225/45/18? I see an ET55 7.5 + spigot above in Trawlerman's note, but is there anything else I need to look for? Are the 5x114.3 dimensions that important?

I saw this complete Mazda wheel with a tyre. Do you think it will work as a spare?

It has to be 5x114.3 stud pattern or it won't fit. You'll need to check the centre bore and offset - standard levorg numbers are 56.1 centre bore and 55 offset

I am currently looking into this for my Levorg. The service book states a transmission fluid change at 40k and 80k but I am assuming it's never been done (now on 82k).

I have got a price from a couple of dealers and for the CVT fluid alone it is £420 as you have to buy a 20L drum of the stuff!

I got an email reply from one dealer quoting £667 for the change and I spoke to another on the phone who said it is not a service they do very often (I guess they have maybe never done it). I don't understand why it is not a common thing if my service book lists those replacement intervals!

I would do it myself but having to buy a £420 drum of the stuff is really putting me off. Anyone in NE Scotland want to go halfers?!

how much fluid does it actually take - do we know?

  3. As I've just bought a Levorg, I will be selling my black BH5 Legacy wagon in the next 2 months. Imported by me in 2019 and currently has 153k kms on the clock. Mainiatined regardless of cost and at the last service in Oct-24 it had a brande new 4-pot brake upgrade on the front, new discs and pads all round, and the timing belt and water pump done (this has also been done at 49k kms and 99k kms).

It does need some replacement coolant hoses and brake flexi's, a fuel leak in the engine bay fixing, drop links and ARB bushes. It also has some marks on the bodywork, the worst of which is a scratch down most of the passenger side and a scuff on the OSR bumper corner. A good fixer-upper for the keen DIY enthusiast.

Goodies on the car include a stainless steel Powerflow exhaust and sports cat, mated to an STI Genome back box and an STI Genome engine strut brace. The original alloys have also recently been powder coated in orange at The Wheel Specialist.

I'll be letting it go for a good price, given the bits and pieces that need doing to it. so please let me know if you are interested.

    Thanks
