Vf43 is a good,turbo newer than a 35 slightly bigger seen 370 plus on them has a slightly re designed exhaust housing etc

The rays wheels that come standard on them are worth £2000 titanium exhaust is worth a grand

Cheers mate , yeah they kept changing the type of bucket ,lol ' I was looking at some writing under my bonnet and found a little sticker engine tune up and says what the gaps should be on inlet and exhaust and idle control etc everything lol strange how you can't see something that's straight in front of you , , I could quite possibly be rebuilding my engine this winter in my shed so keep an eye on the this space , as I'll prob need abit of help lol lol

For a car that is so popular I'm so surprised there is not a readily available workshop manual , how does anybody know anything about these engines , I'm not paying 117 squid for a Haynes one from America

Hi all I've been looking on the net for what the correct lash/ clearance should be for the cam lobe and cam follower over shim bucket , as I have found some where to by the different thickness shims , As it states in service manual these should be checked every 100'ooo miles , I'm on 110'ooo miles and engine is quite tappety on startup , so just wanted to check for the right clearance don't want burnt valves :-) Also can I convert to under bucket shims , ?

The rust could be where it's been filled with to much water to coolant ratio and has started to rust the inside , thermostat might not be opening or air lock ,they are absolute !Removed! for air locks , but I have a good way of getting the air out :-)

This is starting to get interesting , this is why I do everything myself don't trust anyone lol , few others have stepped up saying they have had dodgy work done aswell , strange how everyone who goes clinic needs a engine rebuild though lol, I've heard horror stories about the clinic aswell god , everywhere is **** lol , I went once to a local subaru to get a quote on a clutch just to see how expensive it would be lol , 900 squid lol but they didn't no much about it as they had only just been registered as a subaru garage lol , not let anybody touch my car :-)

Huff of Rotherham scoobies , as I was goin to buy a turbo of him , he supposedly buys top entry td05s, rebuilds them and converts them to front entry , lucky I didn't I'll let people no ..... The sioc are muppets but to be fair a lot of people are just looking for help , and get blaggd, I do look on there a fair bit , and it's silly to say the least , one guy needed a engine rebuild because his gear stick wobbled lol , yeah it can be that bad ..... , that's why I keep pushing the FB thing as people need to see the light ...lol
