I have found the paint to mark easily. Am hoping a few layers of polish will help with that. Don't think it had seen lots through its early life so plenty now lol Clayed my bonnet the other week and it came up lovely. Cheers Alan

Yeah mine came with it and it is great tbh. Was lucky in that the prev owners left the dog guard and roof bars with it too :-) Quite fancy the mud flaps for mine so let us know if you find some at a reasonable price. Seems to throw up a fair bit of tar thrown up Am getting my rear windows tinted next week as well which is going to be ace.

They do a couple of Subaru skins for the app as well. I got it when bod reader came and have been playing with it. Seems to work well. Once my ne dash comes from Japan I can go get my stereo from halfords and hopefully this should work the same as it's a pioneer one too. What is the sound quality like on yours? Cheers Alan

Found it. Plugged it in and the car doctor thing has worked. No codes which is a bonus. Going to see if i can get one of these funky dash reader apps now :-)

I was actually looking for a 520d when I saw this. It ticked every box I wanted and I saved £5k on a similar spec 5 series. Mpg is about 47 on the on board thing. 45 if I give it a bit more thrust lol. The ride is soooooooo comfy though. It has also meant I have some cash in the bank to play so am adding a few extras lol. My daily commute ruled out the petrol ones :-( Cheers Alan

Can't help with the buying guide but you get so much for your cash and I bet the petrels are super smooth. My diesel is nice just a bit noisy at tickover (compared to a v6 diesel) Good luck with it. Would check all the electrics as these newer ones don't seem to come up as breakers very often Cheers Alan

Michelin 215/55 17 I think the impreza ones were 215/45 17's that i saw on fleabay :-)

Hiya, Am thinking of getting some impreza wheels for the outback (the multispoke ones) but wondered if I would have issues with fitment. Mine has 17's on it at the minute but the tyres are a higher profile. Any advice greatly appreciated. Cheers Alan

The Ferrari engine sounds like it's playing a tune to itself at times lol

It was a good day. The cars sound crap though. They are ok on full throttle but part throttle or overrun they sound like a scalextric car. The gp2 and gp3 cars are louder! They brought one of the old red bulls out for a demos and when coulthard nailed it your ears bled! Awesome. Good fun though Cheers Alan
