  1. I'm happy to use just one tune if we going with gambits set up. As for paint I've seen dogs work and we need to commission a new design for the 2015 calender.
  2. I get on well with tapatalk. I really like it. I never used any other versions before this one.
  3. Once the calender is set I'll make some other tunes for the remaining subarus. So far I only did the 22b and blob eye. It'll be good if people use both just to mix it up because I'm sure each tune has strengths and weaknesses that they can exploit on each other.
  4. Yeah the auto brake is very strange. I used it before on f4. Tcs is a must on higher power cars and even lower classes rwd cars.
  5. It is a big advantage if you can get it right. There is quite a difference between auto/manual too. I tested myself once and had a 4 second lap time difference between the settings. I think the auto drops gears too late and changes up too early.
  6. I'm happy for assists to be on but I think they should be optional.
  7. When I bought my first impreza I jumped in with my heart ignoring my head and I got burnt big time. Ended up having to replace the engine and even then had issues so I sold up and sunk a lot of money. Learned a very valuable lesson. This time I searched and I waited. There is no harm in that. Cars find drivers so sit tight and you won't go wrong.
  8. You got the classics which are all pre 2000 and they have their own versions (v1 v2 and such). Bug eye from 2000 to 2003, blob eye from 2003 to 2005/55 plate. Hawk eye on until the hatchback. I have a classic turbo 2000 myself and have tried to extend my knowledge on those before confusing myself with any other models. I'm still learning myself too [emoji4] The hawkeyes have the 2.5l engine which changed the tax bracket which a lot of people seem to avoid.
  9. Hi Troy. Welcome to the club! Not much I can say on those models. I'm sure someone will be along to help.
  10. Welcome along to the club Tom! Not sure on those years but on classics and now reported on newer cars it's rusty rear arches. Another common is power steering pumps. Try to find a car with a good bit of service history behind it. So you got peace of mind with it being looked after. Are you looking for a turbo impreza?
  11. Sure. My other pal will join in. That's 3 so far [emoji1]
  12. Yeah, I only just see it though. When was we gonna have the first race?
  13. Hi Beckie! Sounds like a well looked after classic. Have you had it on the dyno? Chuck some pictures up as I bet it looks smart.
  14. Welcome along! Can't wait to see pics. Love myself a classic.
  15. Had 30 minutes of sleet and then clear skies. Screenshot from dash cam.
  16. No just the impreza tune. I gotta go trolley bashing round asda and I'll have a go on the brz
  17. Gambits tunes are more powerful than mine. If we can test them both and see how we all feel about using one the other or a mixture.
  18. I haven't changed any settings. Not even tyre pressures. I'm happy to capture a proof lap [emoji4]
