Oil pressure
Pressure will depend on grade of oil and running temp. At 87-89℃ my idle pressure is 2.7bar. When I'm fully up to temp 97℃ it's at 2.0bar. I use 10w40 fully synthetic oil. Cold start with oil at 25-30℃ idle is 6.3bar.

Greenhithe is next door to Bluewater. I'll speak to the group and see if someone can come visit.

Hi
Depending on the date, the 2000 could be a classic shape. The 2002 will be a bugeye shape.

Legacy Wheels ideal for winter.
Offset is the relation between the centre line of the wheel and the point the wheel bolts to the hub. A positive offset will pull the centre line closer to the car so you may have trouble with the wheel contacting the suspension or tyres rubbing the inner arch. Negative offset will push the wheel away from the hub which may stick out of the arch or rub the wing. There is usually a tolerance for each car and I'm sure I've seen it posted online for subarus. It gives you the highest/lowest offsets the car can take.

Yeah agree with that. I've had ign on longer before with all lights going and no issue. Gonna monitor it next few days and have it tested.

What have you done to your Subaru today ?
Parked up, left ignition on. Lights and radio... 15 minutes later. Not enough juice. She cranked but wouldn't fire. Had to get a jump start.

It's a gauge, it reads boost, it works. Good enough. Could pay 3-4 times as much for the same job.

Turbo flutter/chatter
Block of your dump valve/recirc valve. I wouldn't recommend it as it stalls the turbo and forces it to rotate backwards. There should be a few write ups online. Have a read up and look in to it before you decide it's something you want permanently.

warm and hot engine re-start failure
Hi Sue, where are you in Kent? I would gladly do the ecu check. Failing that we have a few members scattered about Kent that could help. We also hold a meet in greenhithe on the first Saturday of each month. If you're interested I will forward all the details on to you. [emoji106]

24 on the stand I believe.- What oil and filter do people use?
Importcarparts.co.uk stock service parts at very cheap prices. Oil is an age old question and everyone seems to voice different opinions. I use Miller's cfs 10w/40 on my classic running 278hp at 169k miles. I've used shell helix before.- Japshow Finale Camping
