  5. Hey party people, I'm looking to upgrade my fuel pump / filter in my Classic STI, I have a new K&N air filter and looking to help increase BHP as well, but after hearing from the good peeps of this site Fuel Pump needs doing, I'm guessing but most are agreeing I must be near the 280-290BHP already as it's an import and they 're better BHP and power as standard.... Any advice on what fuel pump to use?? What to look for???? Mine at the mo is a standard fuel pump/filter which was brand new only 6mths or so ago. Advice and help gratefully received :D

  20. If the boost solenoid isn't working you will get a BIG lag when driving, easiest way to explain it would be like doing a quick emergency stop and going again!! Lol I had this problem, but I found a pipe not connected that was causing my lag. You've said you've done the air/fuel filter and plugs so that's good, Mass sensor and Boost solenoid might need cleaning?? Some guys told me this could be causing this too?? - worth a try?? Good old elbow grease!!! :D
  21. Cheers guys, Found the problem and I feel like a right banana now!! :D Found a hose that has popped off and not connected!! Lol it was tucked under a bigger pipe so I couldn't see it quickly until I routed around more and spent time looking instead of crying!!!! Lol All connected and running like a mean machine again :D
