Hi all!! As you all know I have a WRX01 with more miles on it than a London Taxi, I've had an amazing idea to try and swap my Audi (the family car), for a better WRX or something, then sell this one! It has black leather heated seats, aircon, climate control, arm rests front and back, cooled glovebox, manual gearbox (6 speed), xeon headlights with heated washers and more! Every expense has been given to this car and it really shows, it drives like a car half the miles! Very expensive Alpine head unit with MP3, Bluetooth and USB Will also come with second set of alloys (I was going to buy some snow tyres and use them as winter wheels!) 11 months MOT! 11 months service! (damn weddings! )

Sounds like seized pistons perhaps, how many miles has it done?

Its strange as it doesnt always do it, It only grinds when I overly force it into second at quite high RPM (it doesn't engage in second it just makes horrible grind noise until RPM comes down, then I can pop it in) I tried going from 3rd to 2nd without taking clutch out and it popped out of 3rd easy but wouldnt go into 2nd until RPM slowed...
