I had the same problem there's a few second hand ones on eBay but that's risky(could split again). I did find a new one on ICP but expensive for a rubber hose. In the end I bought a silicone 90 bend the right size since my breathers are all ready rerouted. Cost me £30 in the end.

Been busy lately so not much work on the old girl but I picked up some Enkei wheels very light and have been refurbishing them not sure what colour to go for. 🤔 Any suggestions welcome

A few interior tweaks today got this new gear knob from the gf for my bday and moved my radio about to make room for my new gauges. Going to mount them in the aluminium sheet that I cut out.

No just the pin it's hidden behind a cover, the cover is hex. Then you wind in a bolt and pull the pin. There be a video on YouTube

Here's a few pic of my front mount I've just put in honestly was not fun especially as I have larger alloy rad too. Just a really tight fit a lot of cut hands and expletives used. The car is transformed boost has creeped up 2psi and spoils so much quicker must of had a massive boost leak on the old top mount I knew it was a little cracked.

I had a similar problem turned out to be a cracked vac line under the fuel return hose by the turbo. As savage said probably unmetered air getting in after the maf. Smoke test?

So I've been a busy boy with the car since I was waiting for insurance to pay out thought I'd get on with a job. What a job it was changing the turbo up pipe! An angle grinder is a must on a 24 yr old car 😅 Took the best part of a day and little blue paint. Here's some pics of my unusual Apexi VF22

Yeah exactly the problem I have most days noise =speed apparently? They'd be stunned if they saw wide open throttle. The other car didn't stop. Two people turned up and said he always drives fast. I told them to mind there own! Insurance said they are certain it's non fault on my part. Even had car hire company's ring and offer me cars saying I don't pay anything because it's not my fault.

Had a women in a not so mini mini pull out in front of me scratching the whole side of my car and snapped the wing mirror off. She said it was my fault then her husband showed up and said I must of been going to fast. Had to call police to get her details and was barraged with abuse. I saw her coming and stopped so the speed thing won't hold up and there was a car in the junction so I couldn't of swerved. Also the steering wheel points left and it pulls pretty bad.

Test fitted some new wheels (new to me) love the way they look. They are Enkie Bortexs (they are really lightweight) remind me of the 22b rims, in need of a good refurb might go dark bronze.

Hi guys, if anyone can point me in a direction I'd be very grateful. Im after a new turbo inlet hose preferably one without the breather holes or maybe a silicone 90 degree bend but unsure of size. Its hard work keeping this old girl one the road I seem to keep tearing hoses.

I've had a crazy busy weekend on the car cutting rot out getting it looking good for the new seat . I'll do a build thread when the works calmed down been working 14hrs a day on it. Need proper seat mounts though can't see to find any
