  1. Ok so everything is #^*%ed the brake lines run under the tank and rear subframe 😖 What mare. I'll have to do some thinking as I need to make a whole new rear set and I really don't want to drop the tank (full to the brim) and diff and subframe. Oh and none of the rubber hoses will undo. If anyone has any ideas 💡 or advice appreciated. in the mean time to cheer myself up because in still suffering with back problems I fitted these 😊 Bonnet pins and carbon wing mirrors.
  2. 😂 aha I know the feeling I actually tested all of them which was strange because there was 3 blown fuses and replaced them god knows what they fixed but it wasn't the lights 🤔
  3. Should be a simple fix then. Mine had corroded the switch that took longer then I liked to find the problem but apparently common on old cars. Try swapping the relay if it's not the fuse good luck
  4. Do they come in when you use the flash or do they not come on at all?
  5. Me and the dog(slightly soggy) managed to get the old girl wash off and in the workshop. Ive had a little look 👀 and looks like the brake leek is near the petrol tank probably a rusty line but ordered new hoses anyway.
  6. It almost killed me today in the way home from my work. Try to stop at a junction and the brake pedal went to the floor managed to grab the hand brake lucky I wasn't feeling well so I was driving really slow, then the abs light came on as it drove (crawled) the last mile home. Not having much luck no fluid in the tank must of bust a line or seal would love to inspect it but my backs out and can't lift my arms. Hopefully tomorrow.
  7. Haha knew it! Got the paint out yet 😂
  8. Looks like you've got some degreasing to do! Your bays so clean 😄
  9. My old wagon with a few shiny bits. Thought I'd add a pic of in daylight
  10. What's the limit on an old version one/two bottom end. Obviously if the engine is in good condition.
  11. Probably throttle position sensor. But could be a vac leak or something else would suggest plugging it in to make sure everything is as it should. you cans test sensors with a multimeter or the backyard way of unplugging said sensor if the problems still there then generally the sensor is at fault. If unsure get a mechanic to diagnose it.
  12. I'll keep my eyes 👀 out 😊
  13. Mine was £500 also with low miles import had been sat for a long time.
  14. Drove home from work and clutch started slipping 😞 Noticed last week that the rear main was weeping so that wreaking my eceedy stage 2 so that's probably junk now. Oh well gives me an excuse to fit a lightweight flywheel "every cloud and all that" 😂
  15. Really nice but a little more popping on run down 🤔 In the process of resetting the ECU. I did put a small amount of grease on the rubber o ring between the maf and housing just to hold it in place while I assembled it.
  16. Only one small problem.... check engine light came on ffs lol

  18. Well after I got done with that this new filter came through the door and naturally I had to fit it straight away 😂
  19. Was £125.99 on eBay I picked the best looking one it has inserts for the fan bolts instead of alloy threads.
  20. New rad turned up the old (new one was leaking from the plastic end tanks). So this shiny beast takes its place really seems good Quality. Now to send the old one back under warranty. Gona wait until dark for a proper test drive 😉
  21. This turned up for me today I love a good box 📦 😊
  22. Glad to hear you got it running. Apexi ecu hey he must like you! 😊
  23. I wouldn't go anymore then .5 personally. But don't think plug gap is the issue. What boost controller are you using?
  24. Check behind the trim for a twist they are tricky to remove you fold and pull. You can also grease the cassette I'd recommend a silicone spray grease it last a long time and doesn't smell. Good luck
