Went stainless axle back and full muffler delete. Sounds like I've got a T-Rex in the boot! I'm sure I've read somewhere that the sti (my15) still has ulh, but the rex doesn't cuz it's got a new engine... I know mine burbles merrily, could be wrong tho, I often am... I'm off to Google!

Did you notice any difference with the Cosworth filter? And where did you get it from? I'm axle back, muffler delete, and was thinking of changing the filter.

Not sure if it's just cuz I'm really old, good area, or I'm plain lucky. My insurance isn't due for a while but I thought I'd get a quote just to keep up to date, I've heard a lot about it going up quite drastically. Driving an unmodified '14 sti, £100 voluntary and £195 compulsory... Screenshot of my emailed quotes.

Don't know about muziqaz, but when I did my Hella's it was pretty straightforward. There's some excellent YouTube vids on how to do it. And I agree, too much bling everywhere, I've de-badged the back and de-chromed the sides too.

Mine's a daily, and used for our road trips too. Been to Skye and spent Xmas and The New Year on The Mosel, via the autobahn. Standard exhaust... although I have taken the back boxes off... 😈 Definitely a Scooby!
