Well this hasn't taken 3 hours to do, I have been 'doing' proper work but not having my van back until tonight leaves me a bit stuck, I'll be running round like a mentalist tomorrow trying to catch up

Good call ! Although I actually had the foresight to take some measurements last night ! it's going to be a 'z' shape (hopefully) when finished, I make no illusions that I will probably be rubbish but should do until a suitable stand arrives

Yeah my van is at ford so hope it fits in the foz, however mk1.5 table is now on drawing board that mk1 sits a little to high so some plywood or mdf will go on bottom to rest pedals and some nice wood for top so I don't stab myself to death, Unfortunately http://www.gtomegaracing.com/gt-omega-steering-wheel-stand this is out of stock now

I'm on it although my original plans were to use a lot so It's counter ballanced but it's gonna weigh a ton

Whish i'd kept my forester seats now ! I'll order a proper stand today but it won't be here till Friday or sat as no next day service, have a pöang chair that gives good seating position, and a loads of different shape and sizes of wood at work so it won't be pretty and will drive the misses mad but for a few days it will suffice just wondering if these 4x3" lengths of wood are a bit overkill ?

I used one years ago and had the wirless speed thing for f4. Just find it a bit easier to modulate, the sticks on the standard Pad are a little small for my liking, never got on with d pad for driving either. Good players are supposed to be a good couple of seconds a lap quicker with a wheel
