Do you race wheel or pad ? Sounds weird but the with the wheel it feels totally different. My mate and i built identical spec gt2's a while back. Then tuned, him on pad me wheel. We swopped cars and neither could drive each others, mine seemed too slow to turn in and a bit vague where as his was over sensitive. I guess you have to take the wheel into account with steering angles and 'feel' if that makes sense ? I like I just dont have the time to put into it these days one of the reasons i couldn't justify buying the new xbox

:-) my problem is i never used to tune my cars for speed, more ballanced but when racing online you get done up like a kipper so the 22b was rebuilt on sunday as rwd it was obviously quick just needs a bit more on the front so if i get chance and tear myself away form bf4 i'll look at spring rates & arb's maybe have a look at making the awd one a bit faster.think full slicks may have to come off in favour for a turbo upgrade :-D Gonna try and do something with the hatch, i think it's handicapped off the bat with the weight penalty over the other cars. If i'd had my way we'd all be racing in car view with manual 'box but its only a bit of fun and shouldn't be too annoying. I only picked up an xbox about 3 years ago so i started late all my mates have been playing since forza1 it was a case of learn with no assists or do one. :O it does bring a bit more of an element of skill into the game i suppose, but makes for interesting 1st corner madness too

My cars are only set up for three lap races. I noticed when i was chasing dog the other day about lap 4/5 as soon as the front tyres got really warm the front end became horrible. Maybe spring rate change needed.

I'm having trouble with mine when i go to pull release lever sometimes it works and sometimes not, don't think the catch is releasing properly. I take it it's just a cable pull mech ? If so can it be adjusted to take up any slack due to wear ? Failing that i'll re grease the catch

I'm hoping that the 22b one was decent compared to my fastest. I can't remember what it was done in time wise. But by the way the gt3 ghost demolished the second half of the lap i assume it was easily sub 9. It's a shame you cant view them online

I didn't think about that when i put the lap in just used the car i was racing with last night. I'll pop one in on a standard car at some point. It was just a quick 2 laps while i was waiting for you all. I didn't even save replay either boo !

I'm easy willing to try anything, i'll have a look at setting the grid in reverse pi order, could always start people off in reverse order with a time delay i think theres handicaps for pi to it's something i've never looked at as who evere i race against there will allways be people better than me . I'll power it up in a bit and see. Could do a stock event too.

Pete, are you still using the wheel to drive ? I've found that you have to set the car up different to using the pad, i've swopped identical car set ups with friends and found them un drivable. We could always stick stuff in the club garage so you could race with identical cars. As for making it equal car wise i'll investagate the p.i handicap system in the game set up
